The Comprehensive Education Plan/No Child Left Behind Plan
"The Comprehensive Education Plan/No Child Left Behind Plan" contains the elements necessary to provide all students with the best possible opportunities/experiences for learning in an ever-changing, technological society. Developed by the staff under the direction of the Board of Education for the 21st century, the CEP descirbes the content, methodology, assessment, and training required to successfully help all learners. It defines the philosophy, the mission and beliefs, goals, objectives, performance descriptors, materials, and assessments for each of the state defined fundamental learning areas listed below. The Intro provides an overview of each of the elements and their interdependence within the educational process. Each of the subject areas describes the alignment of state and local goals for each of the developmental benchmarks. This plan also complies with the directives outlined in the "No Child Left Behind" federal guidelines
