School Fees

Please check your Skyward Family Access Account for any unpaid fees

Queen Bee School District 16 registration fees for the 2023-2024 school year have been applied to student accounts in Skyward Family Access.  We greatly appreciate your patience with this process this year as we integrated our new student information and fee collection systems.

Please follow the steps below to view the registration fees that apply to your student(s) and make your payment via credit card.  

Steps for Paying Registration Fees:

1. Log into Skyward with your Family Access login
2. Select “Fees” button to view assigned fees

• • If fee amount is $0.00, no further action is required
  • If any other fee amount is shown, complete Steps 3-9 below 

3. Return to the Home screen and select the “Fee Payment” button under the student profile

4. Click the “Make a Payment” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen – this will bring you to our RevTrak webstore

5. Log into Revtrak using the RevTrak login you may have used in previous years

• • Click “Create New Account” if you do not already have an active RevTrak login and follow the steps to create a new account

6.  Click “Add to Cart”             

• • Your registration fee should be pre-populated
  • If you have more than one K-8 student registered in the district, the sum total of their registration fees should be pre-populated
  • If you have more than one K-8 student registered in the district but the sum total of their registration fees are not pre-populated due to a system error, please complete Steps 3-9 for each student 
  • Click “Check Out”

7. Select a credit card from the ones already registered with RevTrak

• • Click “Add a new credit card” if you do not have a credit card already registered with RevTrak or if you want to add a new card. 

8. Click Submit to complete your payment

You will receive an email receipt confirming that the payment has been processed.  

Please note that registration fees will not be assessed to students who receive direct federal assistance or are eligible for free/reduced meals.

If you are unable to make a payment via credit card, or if you have any questions about this process, please contact the district business office at 630-260-6109.

Por favor, siga los pasos a continuación para ver las cuotas de inscripción que se aplican a su hijo (s) y hacer su pago con tarjeta de crédito.  

Pasos de pagar las cuotas de inscripción:

1. Inicie sesión en Skyward con su inicio de sesión de Family Access
2. Seleccione el botón "Tarifas" para ver las tarifas asignadas

• • Si el monto de la tarifa es $ 0.00, no se requiere ninguna otra acción
  • Si se muestra cualquier otro monto de tarifa, complete los pasos 3 a 9 a continuación 

3. Regrese a la pantalla de inicio y seleccione el botón "Pago de cuotas"(“Fee Payment”) debajo del perfil del estudiante 

4. Haga clic en el botón "Realizar un pago"(“Make a Payment”) en la esquina superior derecha de la pantalla; esto lo llevará a nuestra tienda web RevTrak 

5. Inicie sesión en Revtrak utilizando el inicio de sesión de RevTrak que puede haber utilizado en años anteriores

• • Haga clic en "Crear nueva cuenta"(“Create New Account”) si aún no tiene un inicio de sesión activo de RevTrak y siga los pasos para crear una nueva cuenta 

6. Haga clic en "Añadir al carrito" (“Add to Cart”)            

• • Su cuota de inscripción debe ser rellenada automáticamente
  • Si usted tiene más de un estudiante de K-8 inscrito en el distrito, la suma total de la cuota de inscripción debe ser agregada automáticamente
  • Si tiene más de un estudiante de K-8 registrado en el distrito, pero la suma total de sus cuotas de inscripción no está completa debido a un error del sistema, complete los Pasos 3-9 para cada estudiante 

7.Haga clic en “Check Out”

8. Seleccione una tarjeta de crédito de las que ya están registradas con RevTrak

• • Haga clic en "Agregar una nueva tarjeta de crédito" (“Add a new credit card”) si aún no tiene una tarjeta de crédito registrada con RevTrak o si desea agregar una nueva tarjeta 

9. Haga clic en Enviar (Submit) para completar su pago 

Recibirá un recibo por correo electrónico confirmando que el pago ha sido procesado.  

Tenga en cuenta que las cuotas de inscripción no se aplicarán a los estudiantes que reciban asistencia federal directa o que sean elegibles para recibir comidas gratuitas o reducidas.

8.Chọn một thẻ tín dụng từ những người đã được đăng ký với RevTrak

1. • Nhấp vào "thêm thẻ tín dụng mới" nếu bạn không có thẻ tín dụng đã đăng ký với RevTrak hoặc nếu bạn muốn thêm thẻ mới 

9. Nhấp vào gửi để hoàn tất thanh toán của bạn

Bạn sẽ nhận được một biên lai email xác nhận rằng thanh toán đã được xử lý.  

Xin lưu ý rằng phí đăng ký sẽ không được tính cho những sinh viên nhận được hỗ trợ trực tiếp của Liên bang hoặc đủ điều kiện được miễn phí/giảm bữa ăn.
